Won't fire on all 3

I know these sleds aren't to popular but I figured I'd try ask for any help. The sled is a 1200 skidoo with motec ecu. Been sitting for over year, went to fire it up and only runs on 2 cylinders, exhaust side cylinder won't fire, ref/sync is good when cranking the motor, tried changing the plugs, checked for spark and it has spark, switched out the coils just to eliminate it. It's getting fuel cause the plug is wet when u pull it out. Even switched out the injectors and tried them outside the head to make sure the spray was good. Went through all the connectors and pins to make sure they were all good. At this point I'm completely stumped.

Know nothing about that particular engine, but if you have fuel and spark the next thing you need is compression.

I don't have have a tester trying to find one...but I pulled 2 plugs and rotated clutch by hand and it feels like same compression as other 2 cylinders if I do the same to the other 2.

Could the firing order to the coils be miswired or reversed somehow

Was the cam follower spacer fell out so valves weren't opening on intake.
