As stated before.
Just put a differnt primary spring in.

Easy peasy and quick to do.

I have done this on my 850 summit as I got tired of the machine pulling the bars out of my old hands and arms.

The power is more linear with throttle engagement. Still performs the same for power, just gets rid of that hard shift.

This also reduces the engagement rpm allowing me to go back and forth (reversing) when I am stuck.
It slowly engages track instead of that hard kick that drives the track down....
You then can make a small platform with the sled and drive out of most situations.

Cheap to buy spring from Ski-doo..

Hope this is what u are kinda looking for or asking.....

Mr Shaede from Revelstoke Snowmobile Tours does this on all his rental fleet of sleds to make it way easier for new riders. also...
