Just curious if anybody has cut their tunnels to make an expert out of their standard sled. Is it alot of work, is it worth the battle? I'm curious, all i can find is guys that order a shorter cooler and take everything apart. Easier ways?

Nope that’s the easiest and cheapest. You can get someone to weld the cooler for you but have higher chance of it leaking. IMO you might as well get the cooler and just cut the sides of the tunnel. You’ll also need some more stuff besides the cooler.......
