Agreed, I will still stick to the stock frog skins, the up front cost will sting a bit but $47 for one vent is cheap, compared to sending in a tore aftermarket vent to get repaired and no down time.
Im also not keen on the honeycomb style restricting air flow, compared to the stock vents.
I had that problem with Doos HD intakes in deep pow. Went back to stock and the rpm drop disappeared.
Pros and cons to everything.
The actual frog skin kit may be cheaper as a whole.
I will stick to what works, others can try the aftermarket ones if they want.

these vents are for the person who has a turbo and has the money to buy them, instead of whining and crying about the price get a job and maybe you will have some money to buy a set, no one said you have to buy them, you do not have a set or even seen a set in person, you do not know what you are talking about,

You seem oddly attached to these vents, and upset that we don't feel the need to run them.
We aren't complaining about price. We're simply just stating that at that price point, combined with the availability and other factors, we believe we are better off with stock ones.

I would have bought them as well as there not much more that the factory ones. With the fabric on both units they can both be punctured, however I don’t carry a rivet gun on the hill and would prefer to just peel the old one off and stick the new one down. As I indicated I have ordered two kits with my new purchased sled. I’ll put one kit in plastic and put in my hard case to be packed with my gear. Keeping it simple

I posted this for people that might want different air vents rather then the cheap stock ones, rather you like them or not is not the point, if you do not want them that`s up to you, but do not call down peoples products when you do not have a set, this thread is not about what you think or what any one thinks about his vents,
only to show there is an option to the stock vents, he is one of many people trying to make better products for the new 850 turbo. so why the bashing?
