Can you snap a pic of the stock vs expert spindle. I was led to believe the only difference is a little weight savings, and geometry was nearly identical?

Supposed to make the rubbers harder to spit out as well. I put them on my 19 before last season. Didn't really notice much of a difference but hadn't rode the sled since the winter before so idk. Haven't wrecked a rubber yet thou

The geometry is darn near identical. Biggest difference is where the top a arm taper goes in. Can barley get a open end wrench on the nut to tighten the tolerances is so tight. Socket is a no go.

Rubber is the biggest difference I'd say.

Thanks for the pics and info. I am still a little lost as to what the gain other than weight loss is on the expert spindle. I guess the updated rubber helps, but if you use a dab of Sica-flex, or the right stuff helps to prevent that.

Please keep us updated if you notice any noticeable changes.

Bosch lazer level from the home depot.

Alingment was out a fair bit from factory/pdi, good idea to check.

I’ll have to see if I can get one or two. Oh yes I always check them over before I ride them. The one dealer I used to deal with was horrible

To be honest with you I don't think "check ski alignment" is even on the PDI Checklist sheet anymore? I think they are done at the factory probably with some kind of go/no go jig?

I just did the DuraPro rubbers on my ‘19. Way more surface area and they hold the ski much more solidly in place.

I just installed the spindle kit , the new rubbers do tighten up the skis a bit . my skis were really towed out after the install . i had move each tierod out about a 1/4 inch to get my alignment back . Also centered my skis on the spindle with poo spacers . Interested to see if it rides better.
