What's the best fix fellas?

Reading loctite 401 and a loctite primer?

Anyone tried this stuff in the screen shot?

These tracks are sure fragile.

It’s crazy how tight brp wants track tensions and then the six tooth drivers.. ad some track speed, and lighten tracks 12 lbs from before and you have the perfect storm

loosen tracks, bigger drivers, get rid of the flex track idea and have fibreglass cords go across entire track, add a few lbs if need be.. t3 tracks much better for durability it looks

Can one still get the 9116 camo, remember they had the three inch paddles to outside of track rather then setting them in 1/2 inch like the ones these days

ill look for the bottle ordered it from napa i think it was 435 not 242 lol whatever it was it was like 50 bucks for a small
bottle but works good

Yeah I use 242 on all my bolts.
Don't think it will work on the track.

Just debating between 401 or 404.

I'm at about 8k and the second track is on its way out again.
I see that Camso is now offering a direct replacement 165/16/3/3.5 - the 9433M
Looking at the pics, I'm wondering if it isn't the exact same track as the oem.

BTW, I've been using permatex polyurethane for repairs with decent success. I don't think anything will hold a cracked or partially torn off lug, but I've been using it to seal the exposed belting.

So single ply?
Fall apart just like the factory track?

I cannot say for sure, but they look identical other than the windows, and the doo track is made by camso.

The track I have been waiting to hear reviews on is the new polaris 3.5” pitch with 2.75” lugs.
So far I have not heard anything, stoked mtn adventure had been putting doo tracks on there polaris sleds.

Well the old Polaris 3" is absolutely brutal, so anything would be an improvement.
