The new plugs were 180 degrees out like the old ones. It idles better with the new plugs, but still doesn’t want to start clean when it’s cold. It will fire then die. Repeat about 4 times and it will stay running. Had it side by side with a 19 850 Doo (Josh’s). Both stayed in the trailer overnight. The 19 started first pull. The 20 stayed running on the 5th.

What the guys were saying in Community is if they overtightened the plugs they could get them to 90 degrees but they ran better but still a bit rough. I'll get someone to call Doo tomorrow. They may need a shim to get them pointed the right way or find plugs that work? Maybe the threads on the head are out half a turn?

After hearing about the plug issue I paid attention to mine. Never did pull the plugs out from new. Starts first pull every time and idles fine. About 350 kms on sled now.

Yes if there are many that are affected everyone is staying quiet and putting up with it? I know of 3 guys now and Aaron told me about one I didn't know about.
