Saw the new ‘19 G4 175 today... while hoping my snow check in Lava Red was going to be more of a Ferrari red in the broad daylight it is clearly more like a burnt orange... not even close to a bright red at all. I’m sure it will grow on me and it’ll be a fun ride in the end. Kind of like beige lingerie vs hot red lingerie... decent but could have been so much better! Even these pics make it look more red than it really is.

Yes, it is the Lava Red. The same as the red that BRP has used for a few years now (the 2014's might have been the start). I ordered black as my good salesman told me it was the Lava Red and not a bright fire engine red. I'm putting a bright red wrap on.

Sled looks good Jim.

After this year I guess we'll see as there will be a couple of Polaris 850's in our group to chase around... or wait for? Ha, ha!

Remember to tell them it is an 840 not an 850, 839 cc, polaris guys love that!

That 11 extra cc is definitely worth blowing belts every second ride, insane oil/fuel consumption, tinfoil s and e modules (2017), wobble clutch ("it's not a bug, it's a feature!!"), cheap plastic side panels that shatter like glass, and a motor that does not last 1500miles before the bottom end explodes.

Well Jim, if you are not overly excited about the colour maybe you won't get too attached to this one and it will be easy to move to a 2020 G5 920cc x 195" tracked sled next year. Because, you're going to need it anyway.
