Hey Guys here is some of the stuff for 2019. On a note somethings are obviously still in prototype stage, so there will be changes, one of these is the linq tunnel bag,(which is awesome) it was not completed as designed by the time of the show and will have the linq system and some other things. So you will have to wait to see the final version in the fall.
In regard to 2019 calibration and heat and belt, as you may or may not know I answer questions when i can give proper answers, not when guys demand or I can't give information. It is not finalized at this time but of course BRP has been working on issue some have been having with clutch heat and belts, the issue is different than in 2017, it is more with the tensioning on the belt under load, the motor is twisting and causing premature belt wear. I am not here to challenge those who think they know more or argue, Ski-Doo is working hard at fixing any and all issues. Under tests the belt is not being destroyed by the clip, it actually hits the bottom pan as well and there is a piece that sticks out under there to but this is not what is destroying belts, I know if you catch it it looks like it must be from up top but it is not, it is the way the belt is going from the twisting. So right now, there will be new calibration, new motor mounts, new cvt cover with bigger hole that will suck in more air, there will also be fins added the the secondary outer to move this air more, the cvt cover clip will be moved as well as the bottom to eliminate any possible thing. As some have proven they cant have a conversation here, you can always PM me which is the best as i am not about to waste my time and others on banter, I am no clutch expert, I am giving you the info provided with photos further down for your info, do with it what you please. It is also unclear at this moment how the 2018's will be handled but I think it will be the same as in 2017 to 2018. I can not comment on that more since it is not my desicion. You can see more on the ski-doo facebook at the question period. Thanks. Also remember there is more to mountain riding, the oil caddy was developed for those asking, trail riders who do huge trips and were using the gas caddy for oil so they could fill up anywhere, hence the oil caddy, as always you can have fun with this, its your time and some of the jokes are good. Hope you enjoy, New Orleans was wicked, a dealer one morning asked me if I was going to bed or getting up when I sent him an email, I asked when I sent it to him and he replied 4:39 am, hmm I said I could not remember!! Cheers dave

Thanks for the post Dave, appreciate the info! Hopefully some of these clutch mods make it to the 18s, although I've never had a belt issue on my 17 or 18 yet.

Some guys are pretty rude on here, take it with a grain of salt.

Though i haven’t had any issues with blowing belts on my 18 I hope the upgrades are passed on down to us . My clutches run alot hotter than i would like. I find myself babying the setup to keep temperatures down. This is my first ski doo, an updated secondary and cover would pretty much ensure my continued purchase of skidoos.

I love the new bag with shovel mount .
