Has anyone out there had a horrible experience with Bow Cycle North or South. I have found their level of service has slid dramatically over the past year or two. My most recent experience, I took my 2017 850 G4 in for it's 10 hour service which I prepaid for when I purchased the sled. I knew the sled needed an a-arm and told them not to worry about it. They come back with the s-module is smashed and gave me a quote, the next day I am told the e-module is cracked as well and the repair bill will be over $$3000. Turns out it was more like $4220. I told them not to worry about and just do the service. Once I got my sled back 3 weeks later, I tore down the sled to replace the e-module, my first finding was the s-module was perfectly fine, no cracks, twists and not even close to being smashed. Next we drain the chain case oil to find it blacker than black, clearly not changed like the work order stated. Next the work order states clutches cleaned, I'm no mechanic but I don't think the clutches were cleaned when I blow them out and a bunch of belt dusts comes flying out.

Tell me your stories about the fantastic Platinum Dealer Bow Cycle North/South

Blow cycle... yup 20-30% markup on parts. I remember when 2 stroke oil at one point was $75 a jug. No stock on any parts at all. Service is horrible, 3 people at the counter doing nothing and 5 person lineup for the parts person, no one else does parts.

i only shop there if I absolutely have to!

could rant for hours on this topic.

99% of the time i go to motor tech in golden

Blow Cycle LMAO!!! That sounds about right. Even the management doesn't give a s*** that they are loosing customers by the day, sent Reegan an email, she replies she is going to look into and I never heard back!! Hopefully the sale goes through quickly and the owner decides to replace the GM and service manager at Bow South! I ordered all my parts from Rexburg ID, had them shipped to Montana Shipping Outlet and saved myself $800 CAD!!! Goes to show you how much Blow Cycle is ripping sledders off! I'd rather miss a weekend of sledding than support Blow Cycle!

Not Sure
Ha Ha years ago I ordered bushings there. The 2 dollar ones for the ski spindle. They didn't stock them so had to pay in advance and it would be a few weeks. Since I needed sooner I called my dealer at the time Mr Rs and had some the next day. About three weeks later went to pick up from blow cycle and they informed i hadnt come to get them so they put them in inventory. They suposed inventory they dont carry. Worst power sports dealer ever. I hope the new owners realize they are not getting any goodwill in the name and rebrand them selves. May be call themselves Mountain Park. Lol

I am having a problem with my 2015 600 after they changed the oil pump and tank under warranty.Don't want to take it back because I know that it won't be there fault. I don't know what dealer to trust.

Nothing but awesome. Tim, the manager is a great guy .No other place I would think about bringing my sled for service. Blow cycle as a last resort, don't even like buying oil from them....which I thought I read somewhere last week they didn't even have that in stock.

The boys at Bow ridge are amazing! Jason and the service team there took care of my two gen4's. And saved me over $1000 From what Bow cycle quoted me. And that was just simple things including updates. If you want seriously great guys to deal with and know that your sled is in good hands take it to Bow ridge in Cochrane

I ordered the e-module that I needed and a couple other parts from Banner in Vernon, free shipping plus they had a sale on 20% off all parts. Service was far better than Blow Cycle could ever provide and I ended up saving couple hundred bucks. However my next sled if it will be a BRP product will come from Bow Ridge Sports. Too little too late Blow Cycle!!!!
