Seen this last week and put it up to nothing, now it seams worse and from what I can tell I think it's the press in fitting to raves.. Anyone else have this happen, any easy fix for this or do I need to take back to dealer.. Few hrs away.. Maybe why it's using so dam much oil..

Well there you go! found the problem. The engine uses more oil on the outside than it does on the inside. LOL just another problem that DOO overlooked before release. I would have thought that they would have tested these sleds for a couple of years before release. This oil leak issue is poor manufacturing.

No it's oil, pretty sure it's the press in fitting, let the dealer see this thread and he ordered a head.. Less down time and I'm riding this weekend..

It looks to me like there's oil seeping through that oetiker clamp. Maybe try removing the clamp and zip tying it really tight, cleaning it up and taking it for a ride before you start swapping out heads. Also I can't imagine why the head would need to be replaced. That press in fitting is in the rave housing, not the head.

what a nighmare to get the oetiker hose clamps on, almost have to remove the entire rave assembly to do job proper.. Ended up using two twist ties and seamed to work so far.. But now see other rave oil line leaking as well.. Another doo wtf moment..

I had a similar issue, dealer replaced them. Rode three days and appears I've got all the gremlins out of my 850
