Why would I try and mod my sled to make it perform the way it should, isn't that just letting doo off the hook? why would they ever make updates and changes if they are not on the hook for a sled that doesn't perform in certain riding conditions.?? they won't.. but if my dealer has to keep replacing my boots every week maybe they will look at making a change that will work better for everyone..

quit letting them off the hook.. performance upgrades are one thing but prefilters and rubber malts and heated storage are not.. DOO is on the hook fix it make it better... or don't and I'll keep finding fixes to make it work don't worry go back to sleep I got this.

Doo you build sleds I buy and ride sleds, I did my part.

So my Dealer was very nice and so far hasn't called to ask me to pay for the new boots they installed for me.

Tried ordering a better front grille from ski-doo .. duhh we don't make one. So I ordered it from Extreme, it's in the mail, hopefully that works.

Can't wait to see what polaris is making for 2019 but will prob just buy another ski-doo G4 that way I have enough parts to keep one running.

In all fairness to Ski-doo thou this thing rips and can't say i'm not lovin it and chasin the dragon

I feel your pain. Out of the last 20 snowmobiles I have owned in the last 10-15 years, the majority of them have been doos. Every time I go out they get COMPLETELY covered in snow. I mean it gets everywhere.

COME ON SKIDOO.....GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!

Every manufacturer building a mountain sled should have a snow tight engine bay.

Build the lightest sled you want but 50lbs of iceis still 50lbs.

While I wait on my new Grille from Extreme for $100(w/Shipping) bucks I"ll use house screen and twist ties as suggested. I get about a day and a half of riding before the snow mass starts to hit the critical point of no return and boot explosion.

Also applied bee's wax to the whole top and bottom of my back tunnel, maybe I can shed 100lbs back there aswell.

Ski-doo made 100 million profit, Wow! thats awesome think of all the CEO bonus's that will help with the redesign of the front grille. They won't mind if I send them my bill for the front grille then I bet.

Just carry two of the little black bottles of gasline antifreeze with you and pour on the iced area until your screens show up or make the temp screen.
You would be amazed at how fast the ice melts.

Send the bill to BRPCares.......they are always helpful
