The sled will run fine once accelerating but won't idle and smokes bad at 900rpm and often stalls

Just had this happen to our 18- 850 as well, sled has three hundred km on it.. Pretty sure it's a stuck ring with ours.. Dropped of last night at dealer and will keep you informed

happen at lower elevation after a decent warm up and short acceration.. In -14c weather

i was almost ready to install turbo but had thought one more ride.. Motor was totally stock with stock exhaust, just a royal piss off

seiral number needed in 045

And good luck trying to replace plugs in that pig.. We tried to remove and do a simple compression test, not so simple on a G4, with that big ass airbox you don't have no room, finnally took the big hood off, removed a bar that runs threw air box, then Jamed box back enough to to get in, removed plugs to find out they are now a smaller diameter plug and we needed a special compression tester with small plug end..

We had no codes come out on can doo, the love of this new sled is running out quick, another brp flop comes to mind

Spark plugs, rave valves or reeds would - would be the usuals but if it runs fine at higher RPM wouldn't think the plugs or reeds would work better with RPM.. Maybe try to check the solenoid by the oil reservoir that controls the rave valves to see if cable is sticking a little bit open and not building enough compression at low RPM, fart and sputter till it cleans up. Not sure..

Good thing the turbo wasn't on yet... Bonus once you install the Silber turbo kit is the airbox is quite a bit smaller and makes it easy to get the plugs in and out..

Is there a video or a procedure for that I have never had to change a plug on a etec.

Is there a indicator on the block so you know which way to point the electrode gap?

Are cat and polaris the same?
