we had a 1 hr loss the other morning as my buds kill switch was locked solid too. Had to pull it and wiggle it up with channel locks. Took forever. I wonder if a good squirt of wd40 would prevent this problem.?

We had the same issue with the Polaris kill switch last weekend, I poured a little isopropyl (methyl hydrate would work also) over it and problem solved.

670km of tree bashing and deep powder on my 2018 so far, absolutely no issues. Just locked out T-Motion last night, can't wait to see what it does for sidehilling.

What did you use, where did you get it and how was install? Please report back with riding impressions! I'm doing mine too.

500kms mostly tight trees, some WOT, some deep, some trails, 75% skis in the air.. 154-2.5. Figured a belt should have been toast, but all good so far and it did survive a pretty nasty tree hit.
Very true, was there one day and pushed as hard if not harder then all longer sleds, unreal

Pre ordered a 175 this year.Only 2 rides so far due to injury right before I picked it up.Everything good but definetly considering t motion lock out!!

Was out with a buddy earlier in the season that folded up an a arm. Tagged a rock pretty hard and that was the only damage. Nice to see that doo might have finally got this figured out.

ive tweaked an a arm with no other damage but some scuffed paint on the spindle. I found a rock sidehilling and went over the bars. I was pretty worried about the bulkhead, but all is good.

Trashed the bottom screen on the grill 120$ later its good as new , aside from that i love it .

At 4% break in and sled has been unreal! Riding trees and some alpine, bit of old snow but mostly bottomless with very little trail access km. Coming off 2015 T3 174

Old sled feels like a slug and I don’t want to touch it at all. Throttle response is another league

Blew a belt at 200km but had been running to the handle in bottomless for about 5 minutes and should have taken a break. Haven’t drilled any holes or pulled out any foam, other than what got beat by the belt exploding. There is not much space around that clutch to pull out all the broken belt pieces, especially when hot, and WOW did I cartwheel over the handlebars when it popped! When looking at the clutch through the vent holes to the running board, it still looks to me like snow could be messing with belt life. My exhaust side fills right up with snow from the footwell by the thing cooker can

Crazy amount of steam out of every nook and cranny in deep snow, can’t find a spot to put my helmet when I stop so that the goggles don’t fog

Ran over a few things with the upgraded bumper and didn’t see a scratch

BRP seat bag wastes a bunch of space with that metal bracket and it gets in the way while not holding much more than a muff pot

Super happy with the sled so far now that I’m figuring little things out. In the trees has been crazy good

Quit kicking snow in the engine bay. Drag it away with your foot rather than boot at it. Likely why you lost a belt and why you have steam.

Son has a belt blower.. 3 in 300km. Mine 600km and belt is great.

Bumper held up to a Cat on the other end today!!
