We've used them on the '17's and I have one on the '18 and they are good. I need them for getting into my garage with the sleds on the deck and it gives me just the right amount of clearance. We ride with them in the lowest position most of the time. I was concerned that they would get loose but so far they are great.

I have the 175mm-2xx mm version works well. Stays tight and never slips. Wish I would have went with the shorter version though. Planned to but came home with this one and stuck with it.

Been running one on a couple XM's and will likely continue to run it on any future sled. I like low bars for boondocking and went with a flatter bar this year to get them down another 2". Then at the end of the day go to full height and save your back on the whooped out trail back to the truck. As it wears give the allen key a 1/8 - 1/4 turn and it won't slip.

Been thinking about doing the same with a flat bar, which brand of bars did you end up going with ?
