Hey everyone,
DJ has released his pivot bolt weight kit, now there is a kit that can be bought in Canada instead of getting this stuff from BRP or out of the states.

Adding weights to the pivot bolt does little to nothing .. key is to add tip weight to the ramps ... thought we already figured this one out boys

The pivot weight does do something.
It just takes more pivot weight to accomplish the same result. Ideally changing the flyweight or changing the primary spring finish force is the better way to go, but adding pivot weight fine tunes the max RPM. The clickers are not as effective on the Pdrive as the tra so the Pdrive has to be tuned like a polaris clutch.

Another option is the 965 ramps which are available at your dealer (3.7 gms heavier) and can be fine tuned with the Dj kit. FYI.

New 990s are heavier too
