Raptor shock is included in that price Birdie.

With the baker you can buy the B motion or the non pivoting. Wondering if the G4 needs the pivot? Ive heard they are almost too tipsy

Have both for my T-pro same s**t same pile. Both ride 100 times better than stock both keep the skis down 100 time better than stock.

Darrels skid is strong, take all you can throw at it and built great.. Only negative is weight, compared to the ti built light skids..

for myself I don't need the t motion yet, and find them a bit unstable, in comparison to non, it's what your after and how aggressive you ride..

My carbon skid is 32lbs, ti skids are 37, bakers just over 50.. stock around 44..but in the same breath.. I am almost fed up with ti breaking.. and there is guys that are building ti into bakers now to lighten.. but not cheap$$

The g4 doesn't need t motion. I think it is over due for skidoo to dump it and move on.

I do not think Doo will get rid of the T motion Too much invested into the marketing and functionality of it

I believe it helps riders to easily tip it over in the steeper terrain

Maybe if there is an upgraded model then will it get dropped or a name change

Please allow me to add to the topic of an stock un-coupled G4 165 t-motion skid. Given a 3" paddle track and responsive power plant, the stock un-coupled skid allows the front end to wheelie and give up control on a steep climb. Sucking up the front limiter strap & increasing the rear torsion springs is counter productive. Since a $2500 skid is not an option. I opted for the ZBros coupling setup. WOW! What a difference. I was able to optimize my rear suspension to utilize all of it's available travel. Now I have a sled that perfoms the way that I want it to with all of the track on the gnd in a climb, in the trees, on edge, sidehiling, etc... SO if you ask me a tunable, partially coupled skid is pretty sweet & a must for a boondocking sled with this kind of power & control. You can adjust the amount of ski lift that you want for the snow conditions of the day.
