They treat me really good, called everywhere for best price and they still beat them. Maybe cause I buy a new sled every 2nd year. If only they had a popcorn machine then it would be perfect!!

Treated me very well aswell when I was riding a doo. Treat me very well even though I'm not on a doo anymore too.
those a$$ clowns had my sled for a bottom end bog. $377 dollars later i get my sled back and all they did was put new plugs in and tell me that i have an aftermarket can and y pipe. i replaced plugs 300km ago so there is no way they needed to be changed, they suggested i put on a plate to hold the fuel pressure regulator down(would have been nice to know this when the thing was tore apart) and said they tested it on the lift and it hit rev limiter. from now on i will drive to rocky for parts and camrose, wetaskiwin or edmonton for service. even if i cost me more in fuel and time, id rather my money go to a competent shop rather than a bunch of fudge packers.

That sucks and I'll admit the service side there was the main thing that made me shy away from that place and try a different sled. But since i did the switch to a cat they have replaced a lot of service staff and I've heard good things coming out of service there lately.

Took my 08 there back in the day for the driveshaft recall bought a top gear at parts counter took it over to service said while you have it apart change the gear out to gear it down . Went to pick up sled and super service manager wanted to charge me 2 hrs extra to change out gear . I said are you f#*#}ing kidding me you had it apart to change the driveshaft what does it matter what gear you put back in argued for 1/2 hour before he finally realized what I was saying . Skidoo messed up taking away tracksides dealership
i agree. no bull$hit at trackside. when i had my can am renegade, i would buy the parts from $hitbag bros. and drive everything to olds for trackside to do the work. never once could i think of a complaint from dealing with trackside. now i will have to suck it up and drive to edmonton to Martin. will be more but worth the drive.
