Not sure what bolts he's talking about in the pic? The small ones? The ones in the tray or the larger ones?

That being if anything has paint on it I'd talk to the dealer first. I read last night on Bossweb in Community that there is a pretty documented way you need to do work on a turbo. You have to start a case file, send pics pre disassembly then wait for approval to do the work.

Not that I've seen on mine. The only warranty paint was on the wastegate rod and the airbox pressure sensor.
