Re: Everything BaoFeng & VHF Radios
I did not know I had to copy and paste it to the original file from the radio. I have it all programed now. Thanks again.
Ok guys looking for a bit of help. I have a csv file down loaded to chirp. I have my radio hooked up with the programing cable. I can download the file from the radio but it will not let me upload a new one. Keep in mind my computer skills are not that advanced. Any help would be appreciated...
Does anyone know who sells a heavy duty rear bumper. ski-doo has one for the front but not the back. Mine broke pulling a artic cat home. So kind of like telling the story but it ripped it right off at the bolt and broke in the middle.
I carry 2 also. Taking your avi pack off to get your shovel out when you are stuck on the side of a mountain does not seem like a good idea to me. Most bags have spots for them.
My god man. I wish I could do that many km. I got 1400k. You must be the sled on facebook with 8500 that is a good season in the mountains. As a young buck growing up in Manitoba and driving my 1980 Yamaha exciter to school every day up hill both ways it does not come close to seat time but that...
He did a mono block for my ski-doo 1000 a few years ago. Good guy and very honest. Took block and new pistons to him to have it redone one evening called me back a few hours later saying all it needed was a light hone or polish (something like that) saving me hundreds of dollars. Not sure if he...
Spare tether is a good idea to cary on you. I grabed it in a panic to shut it off and took awhile to find it in the snow while holding the sled to stop it from taking off on its own.
We rented a cabin last year. It was unbelievable. Canadian log cabins i think and not as much as you would think. Not sure about booking last minute though.
It must just be the right position. We got it upside down i had my head by the running boards to stop it from another turn and ghost riding into a tree. It was full on wide open. Lesson learned had to do it again next day made sure tether was out.
Had a scary thing happen on the weekend. Going up a steep climb through the trees and did not make it. The best thing to do was to roll it over and go back down. I always always wear my tether cord no matter what. I turned it off by pulling the cord and put it back on the sled and unhooked it...
