I bought some T-track from Lee Valley tools and bolted to the tunnel using the factory holes, then put the tried-and-true Polaris rack on I've had since 2008. I had to cut small plastic shims to sit under the T-track due to the tunnel being slightly raised. The link for the T-track is below...
