Yeah, I'll be putting a grade 8 bolt in there too. I only squeezed untill the handles touched. I only put 6 or 7 clips on before the pin broke.

I also clipped my track the other night, though the tool did not stand up. I sheared one of the pins in the tool and I had to drill it out a bit so I could put a pin in that would stand up to the pressure which seems to be alot as I bent and sheared most every pin I used. Is there warranty on...

I tried calling you tonight. But I would like to buy a bag of them clips and probably rent the tool. But I live 3.5 hrs from calgary. Have a new 2016 rmk pro 163 with .2 kms on it...don't want to take the chance. Ron
