Unless they plowed it to the CMH Lodge ( doubt it ). I don't think you will make it past the junction of Bugaboo FSR & Westside Road. That is usually where I stage to drive up the Bugaboo FSR to get to Rocky Point. There is a sign around the km33 to km35 mark on the FSR for Rocky. Try and Stay...

km55 on the fsr there is a spot for a few trucks just past the hope creek fsr turnoff (1/2km). usually plowed out by the truck
