Just spoke to my nephew,he and his buddy unloaded at azouzetta lodge and rode up the power line and went to the cabin. He said the snow had no base and they busted a ski off one sled. This was yesterday,sorry no pictures.

I work with a guy that lives in mackenzie and he told me today that the powerline from mackenzie to honeymoon creek is mostly clear and what snow is there is hardpacked and you can walk on it with no problems. Not the best spring conditions.

Very sorry for the loss of your friend. We were in tumbler last week and took a good look at terminator mountain where your friend lost his life. there have been several other avalaches in the superbowl also. All riders seem to be staying out of the bowls and meadow riding instead.

After many years of riding used sleds ,I made the plunge late last spring and bought a new nytro mtx. Can,t waite for the snow.
