Mount Burke is a popular hiking route. We do have to share the lot with the hikers as technically, parking any vehicles on the 940 is not permitted (regardless that the road is closed and not passable beyond the Cataract parking lot)... We’ve been warned of this in the past.

Ok. Just got the call from the trails: South end is in decent shape. Groomer has been out all day on the south system. North system is a bit bumpy out of Etherington staging area. It’s being described as great early season conditions with better snow the more south and west one goes.
