Went for a rip around Clemina today, unloaded sleds @ km12ish. Almost no snow below there. Rough trail up�� Up to Meter base in alpine, lots of crust ���� Might make for bad season snowpack. Did some touring around and snowboarding, didn't break...

The peaks were white early one morning while I was in valemount last weekend �� And my car was frozen solid when I went to drive to work this morning in Edmonton lol... Funny how frozen wipers can make a guy feel warm inside.... bring on winter...

Beauty day @ Clemina yesterday. Open areas tracked, high elevation windblown but excellent tree riding just below alpine... Some ****ty layers in that crusty snowpack, checked on a north east face and only light taps failed at approximately 1' then again at 2'... Beware. Might be dicy in...
