Yup that is like mine too throws a temp code in the first 5 minutes of the ride ( got a 14' Summit X with a MBRP race can) ,,, shut it off wait a bit then fire it up again and it doesn't come on the rest of the ride.:nono:
So I can just keep riding it and ignore that Muffler code? Once I get it I shut it down, wait a few minutes then start it back up again and it doesn't come on for the rest of the ride.
I have the same problem with mine, I went out for a rip with my MBRP can on and it said muffler across the screen as well. With that octane test kit it fixed it right up or do you get the muffler display anymore?
Was riding my 2014 summit xm and I noticed I had a check engine light come on and a Muffler warning come up as well. That was on a groomed trail without scratchers. As soon as I hit some powder both lights didn't come on again. Would those lights just come on because i don't have scratchers...
