Day-tripped it yesterday, surprisingly few people out but I suppose that's because they wore themselves out bombing the place Saturday.
Found decent snow, had to be careful of landmines but had a good time.
First trip out, had a great couple days in Fernie.
Staged out of Morrissey both days - never seen so many trailers and decks as yesterday. Both lots full and people on the roads for quite a ways. Trail was great, nicely groomed both days (thanks FSA). Windy both days with clouds on and off but...
Third weekend in a row I came out for a day. Getting to be a lot of driving this season.
Cowboy Trail from Nanton to Crowsnest was real sketchy. Some of the worst white out conditions I've driven. Luckily, and oddly, minimal wind.
Found some good snow, windblown areas of course are still like...

His is a '14 154, stock (minus clutch)
His is easy as can be to lay over and initiate sharper maneuvers which is...
Got a little more snow out at the farm friday evening so we went for a ride yesterday. Still pretty thin year but the treelines and low spots had a good amount.
Finally made it back to Fernie for a day on Saturday.
Beautiful day, good snow, fantastic trail conditions. Hard to find a better way to spend a saturday.
Made a day trip on Saturday.
Roads were pretty crappy the whole way but especially after Frank Slide.
Took advantage of the newly opened Coal Creek, people were all (amazingly) parked like sane drivers and the trail was top notch. (great job FSA!)
Hard crust is prevalent up top however there...
