With all of the snow lately in the Calgary area, how has the sledding been at Mclean Creek? I have heard that it is very tough to use a Quad/SXS lately there, so I am assuming that Sledding could be a pretty good option ....anyone been out there???

Having issues with my 09 800 Gade too…my battery just doesn't charge worth a ****. I will plow snow for a couple of hours then my Low Battery shows up on the display, makes no sense cause my Rpm's are up there and i use the winch for the plow but the battery slowly discharges…piss me off!!

Does anyone know if these are discontinued? I am trying to locate one but Polaris doesn't seem to have them any longer. Is there another option or do I have to buy two Lock & Ride mounts and then build my own?:confused:

We were there yesterday and we unloaded at Etherington then went Raspberry. There was a bit of rocky areas where the washed out parts and detours but wasn't horrible. We are loaded up and are going Thurs Jan 1 morning. Should be there around 9:30am either CC or Etherington.

I think the wife and I will try and go out to CC on Wed morning if all goes well.

Went to Cataract yesterday with the wife for the first time and we unloaded at the north lot and played on lots of trails going to the South end and back to the North lot. We had a couple of stucks but still had a great day, it was the perfect maiden voyage !!!! BRAAAAAP!!!

Is it worth heading out to Cataract for a test and tune ride with the wife, so she could get use to sledding for the first time or should a guy just wait? I sure dont want to be riding through creeks or rock too much but those pics that Summit X posted kind of worry me..... or is that just a...
