Who's running Raze Wingman ECU and Nitrous Ninja Backup kits

After spending more time on mine, I am more impressed with the kit. It integrates so well, just turn it on and ride. I can pull one full extra gear and it makes second gear rev instantly which helps in some situations as well. Its noticeable once you get used to riding with it and then turn...

    Cold Weather starting tricks?

Kick starter to start when cold. Then electric start once warmed up. Raze ecu helped my bike a bunch as well. Can start my bike in -25C in 4 to 5 kicks.

Who's running Raze Wingman ECU and Nitrous Ninja Backup kits

I'm pretty sure I'm getting the power I am supposed to get, it is just not what I expected. Raze programmed in a nitrous test for me. If my bike is off, in 2nd gear, with the clutch pulled in, if I snap the throttle wide open it injects nitrous. I can always test and see the flow I am getting...

Who's running Raze Wingman ECU and Nitrous Ninja Backup kits

Oh and I had to spend yet another $200 to install a trail tech fan kit to get a working fan. I had to remove the yamaha fan kit because it is controlled by the ecu and does not work with the raze ecu.

Who's running Raze Wingman ECU and Nitrous Ninja Backup kits

Here is my update. Last ride of the season they got my nitrous working. It was a blown output on the ecu which resulted from some issue in the wiring harness. They put a new ecu in and the output blew again. A new ecu and new harness fixed the problem. Everything now works well with the...

Who's running Raze Wingman ECU and Nitrous Ninja Backup kits

Yamaha 450fx. Runs good on any type of fuel. I've done a lot of tuning on everything from cars, big bore quads to turbo dune quads. I have never seen 10% ethanol content or premium vs regular affect the tune enough to be noticeable on a stock bike. Not sure I buy that explanation. I AM...

Looking at Snow biking. I was Just wondering the Negative's to having a snowbike?

Tight trails, loading, falling over, lack of power, high maintenance of a MX bike, kick start and starting in cold, using a bike in application it was never designed for. All that goes away after your first back country ride.

How did you insure your Snowbike?

I was told as of November cooperators changed their underwriting policy and will no longer cover modified vehicles and a snowbike is considered a modified dirt bike. I had a friend that insures his through the cooperators but when I sought insurance last week they said they won't do it anymore...

Any Turbo experts in here? Need help!

It is not just a tuning issue. I can add 40 counts of fuel in the rpm range this is happening at low throttle position and it makes no difference, it still goes lean. Also, I know of the Ecu issue. This is not it. It goes so lean the engine shuts down and does not pick up again until the...

Sled runs fine wide open throttle. Will have to try without Boondocker box and see what happens.

Any Turbo experts in here? Need help!

It is worse in the snow. When it goes lean, you hit the handle bars. I has thought about a transition point where one setting is right and the other is lean, but that does not appear to be the case. The boondocker box only transitions for three reasons: rpm, throttle position, and boost...

Any Turbo experts in here? Need help!

This is a novel, but I want to accurately convey the problem and the trouble shooting I have done. This is a 2012 Proclimb 800 with push turbo tial race gas kit on it with 4 injectors. The sled has always had this problem below since the turbo kit was installed. Between 4500rpm and...

Convince me that a heated trailer is the way to go!

I've currently got a 7x23 3 place trailer and am looking to upgrade to a 4 place. When I do, I am thinking about heat. Heat is not worth it for me if all it does is melt off the sled and ice up the trailer. The real benefits to heat that I would want are: 1. ability to dry off gear over night...

M8 Turbo Owners - advice required

I am trying to decide between Cutler, Twisted and Boondocker for a turbo kit for my 2009 M8. The kit will be used in the mountains and in prairies at 1800ft. I do not intend to go above pump gas levels. I'm looking for some opinions on how well these kits run from actual owners of any of...
