    Sunday it was hero snow. 4" of fluff on a firm base. The wind keeps exposing hill tops. Still had a good day. Fairly soft in the trees.

    Avalanche in Tumbler Ridge

    Rode into Babcock yesterday to check out the slopes. Scary avalanches in 3 different places. Only took pics of the 2 big ones. We just played on the small slopes and meadows. Not worth the risk... :nono:

    I guess at the parking lot there was close to 1.5 feet. The ride in is mogally as usual. I never noticed any rocks on the ride to the trail up. :)

    Pretty good day or riding considering its still early. There seemed to be 4-5 feet of snow and it is fairly firm. Up high the wind was cleaning off some slopes. We found a few good meadows with untouched powder. This sport is way to addictive. I can't wait to go again. Tumbler Ridge(Babcock)...

    Babcock Mtn Tumbler Ridge

    The snow was still awesome. From the parking lot there was only a couple real short gravel crossings. (20m) Probably 2 weeks left of riding.
