Something not right with you're quad, been using my 400 sportsman to plow my driveway and my neighbours driveway and several sidewalks for 8 years now. Only changed the battery once. Went with the polaris battery. Even when my battery was dead it would still work fine,just had to pull start it.

I've had one from sunray spas in Edmonton for about 4 years now. Not one problem,love it. Built here in e-town,good service and available parts if needed. Can't imagine being without one now.

I had one from marine madness in edmonton. It was the plastic type, caliber brand. I was pretty happy with it,held up well and still lookes new, price wasn't too bad. If I remember correctly it was just under 400 bucks. I am now looking for a v-nose ramp style and having trouble finding one.

Nice sled,have pretty much the same one with 1700 miles. If you don't mind me asking,what did this work cost. Wondering if I should be doing the same thing with mine. It's running fine but for how long with the bottom end issues.

Used to tow my 29.5 foot bumper pull with a 5.3,that was 6300 lbs dry. It will tow it but not very well and it will drink fuel. A friend of mine had a 6.2 that was much better, plenty of power but still a little heavy on fuel. If you tow often or for a lot of miles I would go with the 6.2 or...

Had the same issue with my sportsman. Thought I would be replacing it,but when I removed the starter,i opened it up and found the brushes stuck and not making contact. Cleaned and lubed them up and it's been fine ever since.

If you have a welder,you could weld a nut on top of the box bolts and get on there with an impact wrench, or a long breaker bar. Has worked for me many times.

Just be sure to lock you're stuff up,myself and some friends had our generators stolen out there lasts year.
