The bolt broke off flush with the crank tonight on the primary clutch how should i get it off
I have tried heating the centre of the clutch & hitting with a rubber hammer but could get it to move
Beleve it not we drove the sled for 5 miles after the bolt
I think i am going to heat the shaft...
I would like to know how built your cat 860 i have heard good thingsb about this like 170 H.P. I know a guy that builds the same 860 i was just seeing how you like yours any info would be nice

If your still looking for a pipe & y pipe set up i have a set up that has 80 miles on i will sell it for 750 it is a crank shop they are the same as dyno port let me know
Just installed the stock pipe & removed the crank shop i gained 300 rpms & am running 15.3 grams on clicker 3 at 2300 feet she is hitting 8300 & holding it for as long as you wont took the stock pipe off & installed the crank shop pipe again it held the 8300 rpms for i run across the field then...
Well i have a crank shop pipe & y pipe on a 08 800 xp i was having some troubles with reving i put the stock pipe back on & gained 300 to 400 RPM same day same field the stock pipe works better not evey sled is the same though i am going to take off my y pipe & pipe & put te stock back on i will...
I took the pipe off my sled this morning to see if i could see any thing wrong every thing looked good tereb was no carben in the y pipe pipe thats for sure or the pipe for that matter but there was some oil laying in the y pipe the last time it had the sled out i let it idel for 5 min's or so...
When i get home i am going to put the stock pipe back on if the troubles stop i will get my stock pipe coated as well any one looking for a brand new crank shop pipe because it will be for sale

I am running pipe & y pipe & i am at 2300 feet joe told me to run 2.4 grams of weight & clicker # 4 & when i go to the hills put 15.3 in it on clicker # 4 & hold it to the pin what more can i say
But do you have joes ramps & helix because if your stock that would be the case because his ramps & spring makes a big diff i will put the stock pipe back on & try it if that doen't fix it i with weight for the hills at 15.3 grams & try it on cliker # 1 i taked to joe last week he told me to run...

Be care full i have a 08 800 xp i jetted down to a 460 at 2500 feet i didn't work better it worked good on the bottom end but she was running out of fuel on the top i put the 490 jets back in it & it works good again
