has anyone had any problems with the 09 m8 sucking in snow through the air box

i am looking at buying a new bike and i have a cr 250 4 stroke and i am looking to upgrade to a ktm 525 i am just wondering if any one has any thing to say about the bike . so basicly would this bike be a good investment anything any one has to say would be appreciated thanks
