heres the deal, 2001 summit 600 put in a 2003 rev 600 HO engine. no fire, different wires, heard many different ways , but one im wondering about is, if i swap magnetos from a 01 into the 03 motor will it affect the timing? does anyone know of where i can gaet this info. i really dont want to...

the sled is a 2001 summit 600, the engine is a 2003 rev 600ho different wiring from crank can i swap out magnetos? or would that effect the timing?

anyone know of any good junkyards for sleds? im needing the magneto for my 01 summit 600, i think if i switch magnetos i wont have to change the harness and comp to accomadate the different engine. had the orig but it got damaged.
