ya it smokes quite a bit. on idle and when you give it gas. ticking does ring a bell, but the quad been parked for about 5 months so i dont remeber about the ticking or the mileage on the bike. what kinda job is it to replace the cam and chain??

i cant tell you the compression or anything like that at the monent. the bike not at home. i hoping to get it home in a week or two.

it is a 05 sportsman. it highmilage runs, but runs really rough, does not have power like it use to. it some times needs the choke half way to get the bike rolling. thanks for the fast reply

hi i am used to rebuilding my sled motor and i have not touched a atv so i have some questions my quad still runs but not well. so when you rebuild the engine do you relace pistions and ring or just the rings do you do anything with the valves should i worry about the crank if the bearing still...

i need the foot wells for sure and the front fender both on the recoil side and the fender on the other side aswell. not sure if there is a color differnce but mine is green

I have a 2004 sportsman 500h.o that I got cheap. But it needs a total rebuild. I would like to know where I can get parts relatively cheep. I am looking for the front fenders and the foot rest were you feet sit. Some other plastic parts. Are the plastic parts easy to find used or can I buy them...
