I don't think you understand the situation, Dale did not have a warranty (second owner) so we offered to fix at N/C at Factory. If the unit would have been within it's warranty period, we would have authorized to fix locally. Very fair and more than most mfg's would offer.

To be very clear, Mirage will address your issues even though the warranty period has expired, if you return it to the factory. Mirage will also turn the trailer around in one working day so you will not have to wait long.
