    2010 m6 electric start

The aluminum piece that holds the main cable by clutch side broke or is cracked bad enough for allow excess movement so starter gear doesn’t engage ring gear on primary solid enough just jumps teeth. Anyone have parts for that system? Might have to try and make one out of steel. Can’t find...

Silber Install on 2020 mountain cat

Ok. Yea 53 seems good. Did u put a steel bottom gear on? I did. That aluminum is a pile of ****. I had 800 miles on sled when I put turbo on here and it lots of wear.

Silber Install on 2020 mountain cat

Any new vids of sled running? What setup for clutching u running now? I finally got my turbo installed after 2 years sitting in closet ha. Tried it around home with 100 Av and looks like it’s at 6 psi. At 2200 elevation little high boost but might be ok with full Av gas.

    Silber turbo oiling question

Hey. Just installed a silber turbo on a m8000 2018 sled. Put lots of oil in turbo and line on install. Noticed next day oil line that silber gets u to install on kit... u can see the oil has drained back to tank I guess cause there is no leaks. But how long does it take for oil pump to fill...

Silber Install on 2020 mountain cat

Did u get the intercooler setup too? I have the cooler and turbo setup just haven’t installed it yet. I thought intercooler would be it’s own system but looks like silber ties the sled coolant system into the impeller side of turbo, circulates thru there and down into cooler that mounts under...

    Alpha Shopping List

Thx. Piss poor intakes. Mine was anyway. Also put some thin foam sticky pieces around the rubber where that plastic piece I modified pushes up on frame so it’s sealed on backside too. My 15 never had an issue but this 18 was terrible. Had to silicone a bead all the way around the two halves...

    2018 Mountain Cat Ascender

The sled itself is good. It’s just the intake setup is pure crap. They could cut weight on that hood and have one solid molded intake. U would think they would make sure their engines don’t suck a drop of moisture.

    2018 Mountain Cat Ascender

No restrictions. Sled runs same as before. Never noticed no difference with the way it responds. I put that screen against my mouth and could breath thru it easily. Haha not sure if that’s a good restriction test. But either way don’t want moisture going into my motor.

    2018 Mountain Cat Ascender

Not good with intakes leak like they do. This is what I did to mine little while ago. Same idea as the more expensive filter prescreen setup. With slp bulk filter screen, adhesive, screws, cost is about $40. It a shame snowmobile manufacturer can’t get a simple intake system to seal up...
