I busted the plastic in the same place on my grizzly in a big mud pit. I used some .03 thick sheet metal on the inside of the plastic and riveted it on either side of where it cracked. all that is visible are the rivit heads and it seems to stand up to some abuse and will at least stop the tear...

Just a note to anyone venturing this way that there are several soft spots on the west end of the lake. I dont know if this is simply overflow on top of the ice or what but I dug down a good 8-10 inches over a long 80 foot stretch :yikes:!! I held the grizz wide f*#ken open until i hit shoreline...
