well sorry i havent replied sooner busy at work,have power thru the quick burn fuse and nothing to the ecu ,so i think it is a broken wire ??:beer: thoughts lol cause there is a mile or 2 of wire to trace

i checked the fuse off tyhe start solenoid,and was told thr isnt any fuses ,i looked all over even under by rad .so i will be checking for power at ecu and looking for a wire that is rubbed tru ?? any other ideas besides replacing a 500$ ecu lol. thanks:beer:

went to start quad after sitting for a week and there was no power to instrument cluster or key,so thinking kids were messing with key put boost on it and still nothing.so i jumped the solenoid and it cranked but wouldnt start and still no power to cluster.so i checked inline burn out fuse and...

personally i only run 7500km's on synthetic or the non,and with my fass fuel system ,with a water seperator and then a secondary filter i only change twice a year. i find with the synthetic in the summer pulling holiday trailer that the oil guage fluctuates and with 300+ on it i aint taking...

mine read full all the time , got sender replaced,now it reads 1/4 all the time,buddies read empty all the time his was the fuse,another buddy reads full all the time and he hasnt taken it in yet . so ya there are some issues here lol:)

i run shell 5w40 in winter and 15w40 in summer,shell is used in all our pete's to as well as loader's.i find the ow40 fluctuates my oil pressure when running hot so i stick with 5w40 or 15w40. as well if you know anyone who run's case or komatsu equipment the filters are the same ,and the price...

Re: installing deck lol they know something no one else does,if you power your deck out of your 4 way plug it shouldnt do nothing, or if you haul your trailer it would set off your air bags to . lol:):beer:

had 1 of mine come out,super glued it back in ,no issues after:beer:

you need to have the case halves machined,the split bearing in old case leaves a small ridge in between them .when putting big bearing crank in it will not got together properly, been there done this a few times with buddies sleds .:beer:

you need to get the updated crank-the old one has split bearings ,new one has 1 wide bearing.then u need to get case halves machined because the case will not fit the big bearing with the little groove from the 2-split bearings.my buddies all sent them 2 prince george to get maching done.then...
