Could probably have tons of fun on a lake. Put on some fresh carbides and a studded short track on an old 90s Edge, lay down some pylons, and give'er!

So with the way the weather has been so far, i'm guessing the snow around canora/hudson bay area sucks as well. Anyone know for sure?

I've been hoping to book some cabins or hotels for a 2 or 3 night trip on January 9th weekend for a few months now...hoping to be within 2 or 3 hours of Esterhazy. Hudson Bay..Greenwater...Madge...Swan River...doesnt look like any place is worth booking as that weekend is only 3 weeks away

Only takes 1 day of snow to change everything. There's 21 of those in 3 weeks.

With the snow conditions they way there are in most of the province it's gonna take two or three reasonable snow falls to have any fun. We got spoiled the last few years.

All fresh last night, wind is suppose to pick up tomorrow so there's going to be some gnarly drifts.

And where may this fresh snow exactly be, or are you keeping it all for yourself.

its a relatively small area that it snowed this much Regina got less then an inch, town south east of me got 3 inches, town north west got 3 inches. So probably a 15-20km swath it dumped this much. but send me a PM and I'll tell ya. I am going to go for a ride tomorrow or Wednesday. Probably Wednesday there's a couple valley's I ride to from my farm. Anyone's welcome to come.

Hahah fawk. With gas prices the way they are why don't people near the area load up their trucks and go for a drive. Seems pretty damn simple.

Depending on what you want to do, but Hudson Bay does have most of their trails groomed north and west of town.

here in canora if I were desperate id go out. its borderline with a mountain track imo...but it is ridable. I havent been out of town to see as I was told its not worth hauling everything up here. theres probable 6-7in here in town where the wind hasnt blown. I spoke with a few guys around town and they say they are still bouncing off rocks etc. if your coming this way drop by and visit us at canora auto..we still have alot of klim and mountain addiction if anyone needs anything

The ditches and fields by Endeavor are decent. 8" or better in the stubble across from the endeavor turnoff on highway 9. Rode the ditches and a couple trails west of town. Conditions are decent. Also went for a road trip to hudson bay yesterday, ditches look good from the truck.
