Just as many welcome us there are probably just as many that don’t want us in there town. I have had my truck vandalized and the only red / white in the parking lot. Some town are better than others. But asshats are everywhere

It’s pretty sad. I lived in BC before moving to AB and I saw first hand AB vehicles which had been vandalized in staging areas that the “locals” felt was their private riding areas.
I used to go as far as displaying my BC plates in the back window of my truck while fishing at some of my favourite spots in the summer and packing snow over my plate during winter in some areas to avoid this BS. That was over 12-13 years ago. I guess some things never change.

I am thinking this will be for the Easter long weekend only. But who knows.
Not sure what kind of enforcement, if any will go along with these?

Wish I was local. Then I wouldn't have to worry about the Covid.
Its either closed or not...If locals can go then anyone can go, if vehicles aren't allowed to be parked then you'll have to get dropped off..
Any problems just tell them you know Hanke and i'm sure it'll be fine, he owns a good chunk of the BackCountry.......

I beleive this is just a post and not actual fact.
It would either be closed to all or none!
My good friend and riding partner, Slim Shaede never has mentioned anything about this and I chat with him very frequently.
I spend all winter in Revy and have Alberta plates. So do some of my riding friends from SK and AB.
The plates are no indication that I am not local, renting, own a place, etc.
I choose to leave and come back to my Alberta residence on my own to be with the wife in March.
Not sure if she really wanted me home? LoL, Bwhaaa.
I think some days, I should have stayed and had a phone relationship till end of April. lol.
Have a great Easter all and safe sledding for those fortunate to go.
