Some boys had a great day up Frisby, only one smashed A-arm.

So far I saw a smashed cat, a smashed pro, a pro with a pretty bad whack to the lower arms and a Doo with what looked to be bent rails from jumping a creek.

Of those I only saw 1 and 3. You must follow more guys on the gram than me lol. I also saw a lot of full out riding in early November when it's realistically only beer riding season. Oh I also saw lots of posts tagged Squamish but tough to camouflage the glacier station cabin.

This is up Frisby Sun. Nov.4. they probed 135 cms in the alpine. Gates are now open at Boulder and Frisby, parking is approx. 11 km.
A deck, good snow tires and 4x4 is strongly suggested, there has already been an incident. There is just over 3 ft. of snow at Boulder cabin and there is not much of a base at this time. It looks like there is a large system moving in at the end of the wk.
The picture does look amazing but we would like to remind everyone there are hazards when riding in the mtns. early in the season. Open water, rocks and stumps are lurking.

Frisby staging is at approx. 11 km.
Boulder staging is at approx. 13 km. use the Kirkup rd. Use extreme caution to 2.5 km as trucks and pups are hauling from the gravel pit hard. Hauling is taking place on wknds.
Turn arounds are few and far between on both mtns.
It is strongly suggested you use a sled deck, have good winter tires and 4×4 when using steep, icy, snow covered forest service roads.
Expect the staging km. to change with the snowfall expected Fri. Nov. 9

How's the snow? Is it worth coming up next weekend to get the first easy ride in?

Seen videos from sicamous / nikusp area today. I'd say next weekend is decent. This weekend would still be easing into it, but will prob be the first 'busy' weekend in most places where you'll see a lot of guys decked up heading out on Friday. We'll see if I'm right.. sadly I won't be one of those guys
