Putting in the lower steering update that has the pinch bolt on the shaft that meets up with the power steering box lower outlet shaft. Just looking at it and was wondering if the fuel tank needs to be removed to lift the steering box out of the lower steering shaft? Just getting down to that section and was wondering. This update takes a lot of play out of the 2 splined shafts coming out of the power steering box into the lower tie rod end steering arm.

Thanks for the help

I removed the fuel tank when I did my 850.

What a job. More than what I thought it would be. Thanks for the info Ray made it a lot more room with that fuel tank out. Going back together now.

Tyler I will have drinks and give you guidance when Saras needs doing
