I'm finally ready to pull the trigger on a rzr. I've decided on a 900. I've never owned a utv before and just curious what people's thoughts are on this one:

2012 Rzr 900XP | ATVs | Vernon | Kijiji

I can see most similar models are going (kijiji) from $13 - $15 k but what are they SELLING for?!

Anyone know if there would be any cons to using this to plow snow?

Appreciated....

It'll plow snow just fine. I use a RZR 4 to plow snow on my acreage with a 6 foot blade.

I believe it's a warn. Originally was used on a brute force and the plow mount was attached to the quad frame with U bolts. Made some modifications to the mount so that I could bolt it up to where the front bumper bolts onto the frame under the front diff.

That's a pretty good deal. Be sure and jack it up to check wheel bearings and a arm bushings, these and brake pads are high wear items. And yes it will move a lot of snow.

RacerTech has a Delrin Pivot Bushings and Sleeves kit which stands up way better than the stock a-arm bushings. The RZR's are notorious for eating bushings prematurely. The kit fits tight and I had a few choice words when I replaced all the pivot bushings on my rzr 4. They've been in for a year now and all is good except for some play in my rack n pinion.

Should be able to buy a bolt on kit that will allow you to use that plow. Ive done it before when switching from Yamaha to Polaris quads but not wanting to change the plow.
