Has anybody had any issues with the motor just dying for no reason. This happened to me three times and taken it to the dealer 3 times to get fixed. The last time it wouldn't start and had to tow it back to camp. Also has anybody been having troubles with axles as well. Broke the front drivers axle right flush with the diff. No reason for it to break where I was at, I was in a small mud hole and was just coming out of it and snap she broke. Pretty bizzare

Popo factory axles are the worst in the game right now....
However as the consumer demands more and more power, on all likelihood
The breakdowns will increase at a similar rate I would think....

rode with a brand new 1000 rzr this weekend at the loon lake rally, well, for a few miles anyways. at the beginning of the rally it had 17 miles on it....never made it past 25 on the odometer and had to be towed back. every warning light on the display was on, no four wheel drive, and melted the positive battery post from winching. the owner was not a happy camper....also had a wildcat blow up a clutch, and a maverick that just died. guess what towed them all back? an old 450 Honda Foreman lol

Sounds like something is getting wet. Anytime I buy a new quad I pull apart every connection and put dialectric grease in it. Same goes for the spark plug caps. Never had an issue with anything dieing in the water. As far as the axle goes, the fronts are designed to be the weak part of the driveline system, but they shouldn't break flush at the dif. Could have been a faulty part.

Polaris did change it under warranty and they changed the speed sensor and so far its running flawlessly. The first time that I went out riding and didn't have to haul it to the dealership.
