So unfortunately I bought a new truck and Hillsboro aluminum flat deck that is 11.7” but my RZR4 is still too long. And the investment in the truck and deck can’t be returned so I am stuck, How does people go about extending their flat decks, the wheels on the rzr are right on the edge because the decks are tapered on the edges, I have seen people have ramps under their back tires but does that mean that they have to jack up the machine every time they load?

or I could drive up a tool box I guess

If you have a hitch receiver, build a “T” with gussets and attach the ramps to that. You can build it a bit lower than the bottom of the rzr tires which will make it easier to hook the ramps up.

Mines a little further out but same idea. Its the Marathon flip up extention so when there is no sxs it stays out of the way on the deck.

Another idea. The ramps hook in at the end of extention and the extentions are bolted down so they stick out all the time.
I know these are on sled decks but same idea for your flat deck.

Even something like this riser will get your sxs sitting on the deck. It lifts the front end and the rear will tuck in enough to sit on deck. This ones made by Marlon.
