So long story short I have 2 chk engine codes. 636 637.
Crankshaft position sensor
and
camshaft position sensor......

I have checked both sensors and have the correct resistance according to service manual. I have checked the continuity the harness's for both grounds good and to the ECM........All good...

Could this be a bad ECM??????

This all started after I changed the fluids out. I then started up the machine and stalled it out by covering the air intake.....

I have good spark still. Airways are clear and the injectors are good. They were spraying fuel when checked.

HOWEVER ...I now have a new issue......I snapped off the little fuel connecting pipe on top of the fuel pump assembly to the fuel line so now can not connect the fuel line back up.....

Anyone got an old pumped scrapped or even just the assembly. My fuel pump is good and has been pressure checked.

Is there any way to check for a bad ECM?????

Or any other ideas...I hear it is very unusual for either of these sensors to go back let alone both?????

I am near Edmonton Canada.... Thanks

For what it's worth, I just went through an issue with my 2011 800 RZR not starting.

There is a small little round (module?) with 2 prongs coming off the top of it that connect into a square plug, if this comes loose the SXS won't start. Make sure it's on there good or give it a wiggle and try turning over. Not sure what the technical term of it is but I can try to find a picture. I'd take one of my SXS but I left it at the cabin
