Hey guys I picked this sled up at new year's and it was an absolute beast! Couple rides in and now i can't figure it out. I don't think it's anything to do with the turbo side but I can't get it to rev past 6800-7100 rpm. I'll list off everything I've done, my wife has a 2011pro so I've been using parts off of it for testing.

Both cylinders are 125psi compression cold

It has a new pipe sensor due to it coding last ride

New plugs gapped to .020

New plug wires due to finding the black dust in the caps from being loose

Swapped the coils from her sled

Swapped the fuel pump from her sled, checked fuel filter and has zero restrictions

Found and replaced ripped power valve bellows

Checked the TPS, it has no drop outs, I installed it at .7V, set idle at .94 volts, leaving wot at 4.2volts

I've plugged the power valve lines together to eliminate the solenoid

Have ohm tested the stator and ignition pick ups, they test good

Put new exhaust donut off the y pipe and new springs

No exhaust leaks anywhere else

It will build boost quickly and I've gone over the entire system and all clamps are tight

I pulled the reeds and found them delaminated and cracked off the tips so I replaced them with new Boysen super stocks

So far I have found bad power valve bellows, bad reeds, bad plug wires. Everything I have listed above has been fixed one thing at a time then tested on the street in front of my house. So far I have done nothing to make it better and am pulling my hair out. This is my 3rd turbo sled however my first Polaris. Please help I am pulling my hair out!! At idle through the mid range it seems to pull good then falls flat at 7000. I was running 8psi boost with 50/50 pump AV gas, had AFR down to 12:1 and my map has not changed. Again I think this is on the Polaris side not the turbo side and any bashing of boost it will not be tolerated, Neil has been a huge help and wealth of knowledge.

Thanks in advance!

This sled was built 600 miles ago, engine, clutching, turbo everything. Yes I have checked the primary spring it is good. I have not checked the secondary spring but even with the track off the ground it won't rev out. It does have the right clutching in it because the 2 good rides I got on it were unreal!!! I've never had secondary problems but I will open it up and check.

Clutching is 100% not the issue but thanks. Where. I had the primary cap off to check the spring everything is tight.

Nope it's not loosing voltage, got it tracked down to just flooding so bad it can't rev, when I was tuning the box the reeds were no good. Does anyone have base fuel numbers for an XIC? With the box unplugged and being very careful and short whacks on the throttle it will hit rpm now.

Are you sure its the tune, and not the XIC? Or an injector? Boost it has all the checks on youtube.
inj lag 1, min rpm 43, err mask 255, tacpulse 2, 3000-5000rpm 0, 5250 -45,5500 -30, 5750 -15, 6000 -10, 6250 -11, 6500 -11, 6750 -7, 7000 -6, 7250 -5, 7500 -5, 7750 -4,8000 -4, 8250-9000 +6. Ive been running these numbers on my intercooled 15 pro for 3 years with no issues.

These numbers will not work with a non alt compensation kit which is most likely on the 12 model. I had a 11 boost it pro, this summer I dropped in a 14 motor and electronics in my old chassis. I had to swap my Xic box as it's different on the newer kits.

Hey guys thanks Niel is awesome and has been a huge help, not long after my last post he emailed me new numbers. Turns out I was about 20 to 30 points rich across the board. All I can think is that the guy I got it from tried tuning it with blown reeds to end up that rich. Changed that and it pulled 7600 now and doesn't sputter out, then my 02 sensor went for ****, it reads 14.8 constant. Got a new sensor and haven't had a chance to try it yet. On a plus side I know the sleds in good shape now!! Thanks for all the help and quick response!
