I did a track swap on my 2015, 155 pro last week to a 156x3 X3 and it seems like the track is still a little loose with only roughly 3/8" left on the adjustment bolt to tighten the track. I'd imagine it's going to stretch some as well. I read back 65+ pages and didn't really see anyone doing anything about this? I know an 8 inch wheel switch would give me roughly an inch of adjustment but read a thread by maxwell stating his billet wheels would collect ice and cause vibration issues.

Ice age sells a pushed back axle kit was was thinking that may be the route I go if it's recommended.

Also in reading about the anti stab kit I ordered a two wheel kit as some mentioned issues about the outside wheels coming off resulting in track damage. However in almost all the builds that I saw everyone was running the 4 inch kit. Should I order the outside wheel for the anti stab kit?

For starters, glad you found a track. Sorry I couldn't sell you mine looks like I may be riding the sled this season.

When I did mine last year I asked the same question and most just leave it. I ran mine al last year and one it fully streaked out and broke in I tightened it to factory spec and still have about 1/2" of threads left. Similar to you. I never had any issuesmall season. I'd get as clos to factory spec: 16" from the rear hang a 10lbs weight, should hang from sliders about an 1" if I recall. Double check your manual.

Btw you are going to love the track. Huge difference. If you have the money I'd get a clutching and gear down kit to help with maintaining track speed.

Thanks Jorgy. I've been running both Kurt's polaris clutch and gear down kits on the sled since the build 2 years ago with the addition of the delrin washer. Only thing left stock is the motor at this point.
